Niveditha

Niveditha is an energetic young adult with autism. She is a workaholic who likes to busy herself learning new things. Aged 33 now, she works at the Amulya Vocation Centre in Bengaluru. For her education, Niveditha went to a mainstream school till Class VII, which she completed with the assistance of her mother who became her shadow teacher! She developed her fine motor skills and concentration with lots of training.

Niveditha cleared her Class X exams through the NIOS system. Initially, fine arts was a leisure time activity for her and as time went by she became very interested in it and produced some very good quality works, which were appreciated. She is also fond of cooking. As with many autistic children and young adults, her mother is her greatest champion.
