If you know someone who is autistic and does Art, please e-mail high resolution pictures of their artworks and a short write up about them stating their name, age and their skill sets.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be sent per young artist. More the Merrier. Submission is on an ongoing basis.
The Autistic artist or his guardian/school will have to authenticate entries as honest submissions through self-certification (Download).
Objective: This is a public interest initiative to raise awareness about the potential of Autism in the field of Art. Largely labelled a problematic disability, the autistic population is among the most excluded in social settings.
This platform, envisaged as an online community of autistic artists, their art, their personalities and life is intended to raise awareness, promote inclusion and break negative stereotypes about people with autism.
